BUiLT RITE creates a new narrative by convening 2,650 participants and 70 employers in seven, five-month leadership and matchmaking experiences. This body, along with 160 Pacesetters, 20 Advisors, and a talented filmmaker form the BUiLT RITE Network, to change narratives through storytelling.
Beginning with the summer 2026 Pilot, seven cohorts over the next three years will strengthen critical thinking, leadership, and emotional, positive, and spiritual intelligence, which produce Alumnae Leadership Portraits that will redefine leadership potential and reshape norms for workplace advancement.
