Participants who complete Phases I and II are invited to the Matchmaking session where the Corporate Supporters each present their job and company benefits to the Participants.
We changed the paradigm for job-seekers who constantly send out resumes and complete online applications.
Instead, we bring the employers to our highly qualified Participants to review new career opportunities.

Employers want talented employees and people want to work for great companies. But, too many negative factors get in the way bringing people together.
At BUiLT RITE, each cohort has Corporate Supporters who enroll their employees to enhance their human intelligence. Corporate Supporters also participate with BUiLT RITE for the exclusive Match-Making Session to recruit new employees from the entire Participant pool.
Rather than have job-seekers looking for an employer, BUiLT RITE lets great employers find the best emerging leaders.
