Few programs exist to enhance Human Intelligence, and the BUiLT RITE learnings, engagement, and certification will set the Participants ahead.

The value relative to the cost of the five-month program with assessments, training, instructor-led workshops, mentoring, and recruiter matchmaking is unprecedented.

The Capstone Project gives Participants and the winning team the opportunity to be portrayed worldwide in one of four professionally produced short stories.

The May 19 pilot is open to anyone, anywhere and attendees can benefit from its introductory pricing.

After the May 19 pilot, grant participation will be regional (SW, NE, W, SE), and selection to participate through the grant will be limited and based on location. 

After the May 19 pilot, nationwide paid attendance will still be available at an enrollment fee of $1,650 - more than double the introductory pricing.

Discounted "early-early-bird" pricing of $500 is available through April 10, 2026.

Standard enrollment in the Pilot is $995.

The cohort kick-off meeting, self-paced training, workshops, engagement sessions, employer match-making, and project activities are performed virtually.

The program runs over a five-month period in different phases. To get certified, you must:

- Attend the 90-minute mandatory virtual kick-off meeting

- Complete 3 of 10 self-paced virtual learning paths over 45 days, spending up to 15 hours

- Complete 3 of 10 instructor-led 120-minute virtual workshops between July 3 and August 17, 2026

- Attend two 60-minute one-on-one mentor virtual sessions between August 17 and September 26, 2026

- Attend three of six 45-minute engagement virtual sessions between June 6 and September 22, 2026

- Participate in a virtual team project between August 3 and October 11, 2026, for approximately 15 hours

Participants receive 2 assessments (emotional intelligence and CliftonStrengths) and a physical box of empathy conversation prompts (mailed at no cost within the United States).

Participants can take and complete up to 10 self-paced learning path courses, attend up to 3 instructor-led workshops, and engage in 2 one-on-one mentor sessions.

Participants enhance their collaboration skills by participating with their cohort on a team project.

Participants who complete the self-paced learning and workshops can attend the match-making session with employer recruiters.

Participants who complete the program requirements receive a distinctive digital certificate, downloadable into LinkedIn profiles

Anyone who pays the registration fee can be enrolled.

Grant and hardship enrollment is selected by the BUiLT Advisor team, based on recommendations from the BUiLT RITE Program Manager and the Participant's application strength.
