Olivia Cosgrove, Head of Business and Government Solutions

Olivia Cosgrove leads Alison's Business and Government Solutions business. Solutions under her remit include Alison's Free LMS, a truly fee-free learning management system which extends Alison's mission to democratise education beyond the empowerment of individuals, enabling non-profits, community groups, and private organsations to benefit from free upskilling.


During her tenure with Alison, Olivia has also overseen the creation of programs focused on supporting refugees and displaced people, reducing recidivism via alterative sentencing, improving access to career-focused education for young people, and most recently kickstarting a 2026 program, led by the Government of Djibouti and funded by the World Bank, to train 1000 women to speak English and improve their career prospects.


Olivia and her team are passionate about making education available as an empowerment tool for all - no matter their geographic location, previous educational background, socio-economic status, access to funds, gender, religion, sexual orientation etc. 

Catríona Cramp, Head of Publishing Operations

Catríona is the Head of Publishing Operations at Alison, where she oversees a team of 30 professionals responsible for content development, publisher partnerships, and course quality. Since joining Alison in 2020, she has led the design and delivery of custom-built courses for non-profit organizations, including AsIAm and Rethink Ireland, supporting mission-driven educational initiatives across the sector. She also directs publisher onboarding and relationship management, bringing in partners such as IBM to expand Alison’s global course library and strengthen the company’s brand presence. 

Alannah Timmins, Education Sector Consultant

As an Education Sector Lead, working closely with educational institutes and learners, Alannah supports employability and upskilling through accessible education. Guided by Alison’s philosophy, she embeds accessibility, practicality, and lifelong learning into everything she does. Her focus is on helping institutions deliver inclusive, outcome-driven education while empowering learners with the skills they need to succeed in an evolving workforce.

About Us

B IncreasinglySavvy supports mid-level, women in the tech industry who are navigating complex career barriers while operating in a rapidly changing workplace shaped by AI, automation, and heightened performance expectations. Drawing on her extensive experience supporting women’s leadership development, the program facilitator integrates three evidence-based frameworks, EQ-i 2.0®, CliftonStrengths, and Positive Intelligence, to help participants build clarity, confidence, and strategic agency. The program does not ask women to adapt to broken systems in silence. Instead, it equips them with practical tools to understand themselves, articulate their value, manage pressure, and make intentional career decisions while also preparing them to influence healthier workplace norms. 

Jennifer Campbell, Founder

Jen Campbell is an enablement thought leader, certified professional coach, and EQ-i 2.0 practitioner serving professionals in the technology sector. She is the founder of B InterviewSavvy and B IncreasinglySavvy, organizations dedicated to helping professionals be seen, heard, and hired.


Jen has designed and delivered emotional-intelligence workshops for leaders, sales representatives, and solution consultants across global tech organizations. A virtual and in-person facilitator for 15 years, she has led 350+ training sessions across multiple industries and is known for her energetic, engaging style. As a coach, Jen has provided 55+ leadership coaching engagements spanning frontline managers to senior executives. She earned Stevie® Awards for co-designing a coaching-circles program for frontline sales leaders and for co-designing a three-day leadership development program.


Jen holds a B.S. in Accounting and Business Administration from Bennett College (Greensboro, NC) and an M.P.A. from Baruch College (CUNY) through the competitive National Urban Fellows leadership development program. True to her community-first values, Jen leads volunteer initiatives, serves through her sorority’s alumnae chapter, spends quality time with family and friends, travels widely, and fosters children in her local community. His teams consistently over-delivered revenue plans and were renowned for extraordinary customer service.


In 2013, Christopher started his own consultancy, Elevate Strategy Group. Christopher works with F-500 clients to optimize leadership, enhance communication, and dramatically improve teamwork and team dynamics. He has strong partnerships with many world-class organizations like Dannon, LegalZoom, Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), Boeing, Coca-Cola, Aramark and Nokia.

Mr. Ralph Owens, Jr. is a business-driven technology executive and 2x Houston CIO of the Year Finalist with over 27 years of experience engineering secure, scalable digital ecosystems across the financial services, energy, and healthcare verticals. His career is defined by a commitment to aligning technology strategy with business priorities to deliver measurable results in growth, efficiency, and innovation. 


Currently, Ralph is spearheading the Enterprise AI Transformation at Members Choice Credit Union, in Houston Texas. He specializes in navigating the "high-stakes" intersection of innovation and regulation, successfully leading organizations through rigorous NCUA and TCUD exams. 


Mr. Owens is a transformational leader dedicated to leveraging technology to strengthen competitive positioning and enhance the customer experience.  From his foundational experience as a Nuclear Welder in the U.S. Navy to managing $20M+ technology budgets for major financial institutions, Ralph has focused on building high-performing teams and resilient architectures.

Dawn Evans, Executive Director

In addition to being BUiLT's, Executive Director, Dawn is a purpose-driven entrepreneur. She is the Founder and Editor of The Builder's Edit and creator of Spiritual Intelligence (SQ).


Dawn's SQ framework expands leadership beyond technical skill and emotional intelligence to include discernment, values-aligned decision-making, ethical clarity, and trust-centered culture building—the human advantages AI cannot replicate. Her work helps reframe how women’s leadership is recognized and rewarded, offering belief-neutral language, narrative frameworks, and practical tools that reduce bias and strengthen leadership credibility in transforming workplaces. 

Peter Beasley, Founder and Chairman

As Founder and Chairman of BUiLT International since 2020, Mr. Beasley has led an innovative, grassroots, professional organization to increase the representation and participation of its subscribers in the tech industry.


Peter is a giver. Based on his childhood and family values, Mr. Beasley has a long, demonstrated history of giving back to his industry, peers, and community. Mr. Beasley began nonprofit board service in 2008 and has served in chairman and officer roles across DFW Texchange, it Service Management Forum USA, Society of Information Management DFW Chapter, Blacks in Technology International, Blacks United in Leading Technology International, and the DFW Minority Business Council.


In 2003, Mr. Beasley founded and led Netwatch Solutions for twenty years, an enterprise software CMDB product company in the emerging IT service management market.


Peter is a two-time US patent recipient, licensed professional engineer, and holds an MBA in Technology Management and a BS in Electrical Engineering.


One hallmark of Mr. Beasley is being a pioneer. He was featured in Ebony magazine in 1985 for his ground-breaking role as the Lead Engineer on a worldwide, ocean-going seismic vessel at age 26 with Mobil Oil. His creativity and inventiveness include designing a voice interface for his BMW decades before voice was synthesized into commercial products. Peter added gaming constructs into his CMDB product well before "gamification" was recognized as a business pattern, and added predictive analytics decades before artificial intelligence obtained mainstream adoption.


"Over the last three years, I've watched professionals lose their creativity, confidence, and competitive advantages by offloading simple and complex tasks to artificial substitutes. Career Proof Collective is comprised of individuals, organizations, and employers who recognize that humans have innate skills that cannot be replaced through Artificial Intelligence.


Career Proof Collective trains and certifies through a ecosystem that ensures the best professionals maintain their careers in a world rapidly evolving with automated solutions.


On-going training, workshops, and employer-paid projects through the Career Proof Collective allows individuals to participate in the BUiLT RITE career-resilience activities outside of the 5-month, Participant-only cohorts.
