Our Growing List of Advisors

Beginning March 2026, BUiLT RITE is recruiting a select group of Advisors: individuals with demonstrated influence in professional, civic, educational, or cultural spaces who actively shape leadership narratives.

These Advisors will review findings from the Summer 2026 Pilot and provide feedback on program design, learning priorities, and

narrative focus to inform subsequent cohorts. Additionally, the Advisors are invited to attend the regional Film Festivals and Leadership Roundtables to inform on worldwide promotion of the Capstone Project leadership narratives.

Advisors will include leaders in organizations that eliminate career opportunities barriers for:

  • Women Professionals and Underrepresented Leaders. Community organizations invested in women's advancement, and educators and workforce partners preparing talent for evolving workplaces.

  • Populations Vulnerable to Impact from AI-Evolving Workplaces: Community organizations that eliminate barriers for women, people without 4-year degrees, people of color, and early career workers.
