Beginning March 2026, BUiLT RITE is recruiting a select group of Advisors: individuals with demonstrated influence in professional, civic, educational, or cultural spaces who actively shape leadership narratives.
These Advisors will review findings from the Summer 2026 Pilot and provide feedback on program design, learning priorities, and
narrative focus to inform subsequent cohorts. Additionally, the Advisors are invited to attend the regional Film Festivals and Leadership Roundtables to inform on worldwide promotion of the Capstone Project leadership narratives.

Dr. Reagan Flowers is a strategic advisor and executive leader operating at the intersection of philanthropy, social responsibility, governance, and capital-aligned systems change. For more than two decades, she has led and scaled mission-driven organizations advancing economic mobility, sustainability, democratic engagement, and workforce transformation.
Today, Dr. Flowers serves as a strategic advisor and fractional executive to foundations, public institutions, and mission-driven enterprises navigating governance transitions, capital realignment, workforce strategy, and social impact scaling.

Rachelle Olden is and experienced product marketing manager with a demonstrated history of working in tech. She is skilled in nonprofit program management, international relations, leadership, and policy analysis. Ms. Olden graduated from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business.
Today, Rachelle is a Senior Product Marketing Manager with Google.

Joyce Hunter is an experienced business executive who has led large, diverse teams across government, nonprofit, and corporate environments. As a nonprofit founder and executive director, she sustains teams of educators, technologists, and program leaders by prioritizing mentorship, inclusion, and psychological safety, especially in high-pressure, resource-constrained settings.
Today, Joyce is Executive Director of Mission Critical.
