Inspired by P&G's Widen the Screen.

P&G used its voice in advertising to build understanding and inspire action to combat bias and racism. P&G's Talk About Bias and Widen the Screen campaigns sparked meaningful conversations that inspired everyone to work toward a better world.
A core deliverable of BUiLT RITE is the creation of four high-quality, publicly released narrative films that advance a new understanding of intelligence, leadership, and value in an AI-shaped economy. These videos are modeled on the proven narrative-change strategy demonstrated by Procter & Gamble’s “Widen the Screen” campaign, which successfully used emotionally resonant short films—such as The Talk, These Hands, The Look, and Widen the Screen—to challenge dominant cultural narratives, elevate lived experience, and catalyze public conversation about racial equity.
Like the Procter & Gamble campaign, BUiLT RITE’s videos are designed to operate beyond awareness, functioning as narrative interventions that reshape how audiences perceive capability, leadership, and belonging. However, while Widen the Screen addressed racial bias in media representation, BUiLT RITE’s films focus on a parallel and urgent narrative gap: the growing assumption that artificial intelligence supersedes human intelligence, particularly in leadership and decision-making roles.
Each BUiLT RITE video will center women leaders and participants, illustrating how critical thinking, emotional intelligence, ethical judgment, creativity, and spiritual intelligence remain essential and irreplaceable in the future of work. The films will be publicly distributed and used by employers, educators, and partners to spark dialogue, challenge automation bias, and reinforce new leadership norms.
This approach aligns with evidence showing that narrative-driven media can shift perceptions at scale, influence institutional behavior, and accelerate cultural change when paired with structured programs. By combining public storytelling with cohort-based leadership development, BUiLT RITE ensures these videos are not symbolic artifacts, but tools for systemic narrative change, reinforcing the program’s broader goal of redefining who is seen as intelligent, capable, and ready to lead.

Research and expert analysis explain that increased dependence on AI fosters cognitive offloading — the delegation of memory, reasoning, and problemsolving tasks to technology — which in turn may erode:
Many groups, especially women, are at risk.
BUiLT RITE sharpens human intelligence to excel beyond artificial alternatives. Join our five-month leadership training and matchmaking experience that produces Alumnae Leadership Portraits to shift the workplace narratives of what leaders look like and how they lead.
BUiLT RITE exists to broaden what leadership looks like — to ensure that human insight, ethical judgment, and emotional intelligence are recognized as core skills, not soft extras. Our mission is not to train people for jobs, but to **reshape how organizations value human intelligence in the age of AI.
