Be Involved Regionally or Nationally

Through 2029, BUiLT RITE will engage 2,650 Participants and 70 Corporate Supporters across four US regions: 1) Southwest, 2) Northeast, 3) Southeast, and 4) West in seven cohorts, plus a pilot. Each of the seven cohorts and the Pilot engages 20 regional stakeholders, known as Pacesetters, who bring local perspective and influence.

Each region will hold grant-funded Film Festivals and Leadership Roundtables with 200 community activists and interested onlookers who guide the dialogue and evaluate Alumnae Leadership Portraits from the Capstone Projects for professional production and public release.

The Leadership Roundtable engages in broader dialogue on how human intelligence complements Al-modified leadership paradigms.

Through ongoing communication, feedback loops, and shared dissemination of narrative films, community leaders serve as narrative stewards-ensuring BUiLT RITE remains responsive, credible, and effective in advancing human-centered leadership narratives that support women and broader communities.

Be One of the 160 Regional Community Pacesetters

Pacesetters provide program guidance, evaluate capstone projects, and steward narrative selection through Film Festivals & Leadership Roundtables.

Competitively selected Pacesetters are individuals with demonstrated influence in professional, civic, educational, or cultural spaces who actively shape leadership narratives.

Pacesetters reside and work in the communities served and act as catalysts for dialogue, credibility, and narrative change. Over the three-year project, more than 2,800 participants, graduates, Pacesetters, Advisors, mentors, and partner organizations form a connected ecosystem that amplifies human-centered leadership. This reciprocal, community-embedded approach ensures BUiLT RITE remains responsive, trusted, and effective in advancing equitable leadership outcomes for women and the broader workforce.

Pacesetters are invited to attend the two-day regional Film Festival and Leadership Roundtables, including travel and expenses at no charge.
