Assessment - Clifton Strengths

CliftonStrengths is used to help people clearly identify, articulate, and advocate for the value they bring in environments where their contributions are often overlooked or undervalued. Participants learn how to translate their strengths into business outcomes, position their work in promotion and compensation conversations, and make invisible labor visible without overexplaining or self-minimizing. The facilitator supports participants in reframing success away from narrow leadership stereotypes toward contribution, impact, and results. As roles evolve alongside AI and automation, this strengths-based approach helps women stay anchored in what they uniquely offer while adapting how and where their talents are applied. 

CliftonStrengths equips people to translate their contributions into language that is recognized, rewarded, and promotable in tech organizations where impact can easily become invisible. As roles evolve alongside AI, people are often doing complex, connective, and strategic work that is critical but undervalued. Strengths provide a clear, objective way to name value, shift conversations from effort to outcomes, and challenge narrow definitions of leadership potential. BUiLT RITE supports people in using their strengths to position themselves for advancement, communicate their impact with confidence, and navigate promotion systems that were not designed with them in mind, helping them be seen not just as capable but as essential.
