Kick-Off, Engagement, Follow-Up

Each Cohort begins with a mandatory-attendance 90-minute virtual kick-off session. On Day On, Participants meet the Program Staff, meet the other Participants, pair into Teams, and learn the graduation requirements.

Every three weeks, 45-minute engagement Check-In Sessions occur to 1) celebrate achiever performance, 2) award interim prizes, 3) give program updates, 4) resolve any performance concerns, and 5) capture any program improvement suggestions.

Participants must attend at least three of the six Check-In Sessions to successfully complete the BUiLT RITE certification program.

Successful Participants who complete the certification requirements may attend the optional graduation ceremonies. Over-achievement (quantity of learnings completed, pace in completing certification, and qualitative feedback from Mentors and Program Staff) awards will be recognized at the 60-minute virtual graduation ceremonies.

The BUiLT RITE Program Staff will follow-up with Graduates every six months to 1) capture any Participant post-graduate successes, 2) track Graduate employment and promotion status , and 3) obtain feedback on recommended program improvements.
