Phase II - Workshop - Positive Intelligence (PQ)

Positive Intelligence concepts are introduced in accessible language as mental habits that emerge under pressure and can quietly limit confidence, voice, and decision-making. Participants learn to recognize common stress patterns such as over-proving, people-pleasing, avoidance, and harsh self-criticism, particularly in environments shaped by bias, uncertainty, and rapid change. With guidance from facilitators coupled with The Integrated Life (TM) framework, women practice interrupting these patterns in real time and replacing them with more grounded, strategic responses. This mental fitness focus supports resilience, reduces burnout, and helps participants stay effective and centered in fast-moving, AI-enabled workplaces where adaptability and clarity are essential.

Positive Intelligence (PQ), or often described as mental fitness, helps women recognize and manage the automatic stress patterns that show up under pressure, bias, and rapid change. In environments shaped by constant innovation and AI disruption, these patterns can quietly drive overwork, self-doubt, people-pleasing, or silence at the very moments when voice and clarity matter most. The program helps women identify these mental habits without judgment and build the capacity to pause, reset, and respond more strategically. This creates resilience that is not about pushing through but about sustaining confidence, energy, and choice in demanding roles and cultures.
