Lead Beyond AI.
A five-month leadership certification program for the people AI cannot and will not leave behind.
A five-month leadership certification program for the people AI cannot and will not leave behind.
In an era defined by artificial intelligence, true leadership demands capabilities that algorithms cannot replicate.
The BUiLT RITE program certifies the human intelligence that keeps you career-proof.
The Challenge. What's in it for You? The Program. Who is this For? Why Now?
Research confirms that frequent reliance on generative AI is associated with diminished critical thinking, increased cognitive offloading, and reduced neural engagement in reasoning tasks. The professionals most vulnerable to displacement are those who fail to invest in the human capabilities that no algorithm can replicate.
Do not suffer these:
Roles susceptible to automation are expanding rapidly, leaving those who don't adapt vulnerable.
Over-dependence on AI dulls independent reasoning and analytical problem-solving abilities.
Without uniquely human intelligence, your potential for leadership and advancement is severely limited.
Analyze information deeply, question assumptions, and formulate innovative solutions that transcend algorithmic limitations.
Understand and manage your own emotions while perceiving and influencing others — driving stronger team performance.
Develop a robust framework for ethical reasoning, ensuring your leadership is grounded in principles AI cannot replicate.
Strategically integrate AI tools while amplifying human potential — focusing on creativity, intuition, and strategic foresight.
A supportive community of peers fostering collaborative learning and lasting professional bonds.
Dedicated 1:1 sessions with experienced leaders providing tailored, actionable guidance.
Direct access to employers actively seeking certified BUiLT RITE graduates.
A powerful credential validating your human intelligence capabilities to organizations.
Capstone projects that redefine leadership — with standout work featured in public films.

Phase I: Participants will choose to complete three of ten curated Learning Paths. Top learners receive awards.
Phase II: Participants will choose to complete three of ten Workshops. Top learners receive awards.

Phase III: Participants will be assigned a Mentor and receive two 60-minute sessions with paid Mentors to establish new relationships.

Participants will be paired in teams to develop a 1) 10-minute presentation and 2) 2-minute video portraying how leaders who think critically and are in tune with emotional intelligence, faith, positivity, financial literacy, and the other tools learned in the program can or have excelled in leadership.

Sponsors have the opportunity to present their openings and highlight their company's capabilities to the Participants. Participants have an opportunities, in matchmaking and during graduation, to make relationships with employers. Graduation ceremonies include showcasing the Capstone Projects, also to Sponsors.

Participants attend a mandatory orientation session and receive skills assessments at the beginning of the program. Check-in sessions occur every three weeks with awards and recognition for top learners. Graduates receive follow-on skills assessments and may attend matchmaking sessions of subsequent cohorts.
The BUiLT RITE five-month program combines structured learning, sustained engagement, and visible outcomes for the program's participants, ensuring both individual transformation and scalable narrative change.
The program begins with an AI fluency test, a Clifton Strengths assessment and a 60-minute virtual Kick-Off session, establishing shared expectations, program framing, and the importance of human intelligence in an AI-shaped economy. Throughout the program, participants are required to attend three of six 45-minute engagement and checkpoint sessions, which reinforce accountability, peer learning, reflection, and continued momentum across cohorts.
In addition to completing learning paths, workshops, and mentoring, participants collaborate on team-based capstone projects, culminating in 120-minute project videos that demonstrate how enhanced critical thinking, emotional intelligence, ethical reasoning, and empathic leadership have strengthened—or could strengthen—their workplace effectiveness and advancement.
Employers and participating companies are integrated directly into the solution. Organizations that engage with BUiLT RITE have the opportunity to connect with graduating participants, promote open roles, and observe leadership capabilities beyond traditional resumes or algorithmic screening. This creates a tangible bridge between narrative change and labor-market outcomes.
The program concludes with a graduation celebration where team capstone projects are presented and recognition awards are given to participants who demonstrate exceptional engagement—such as completing the most learning paths, attending the most workshops, and participating in the most engagement sessions. These recognitions reinforce the narrative that effort, growth, and human intelligence matter, countering automation-driven assumptions about value and capability.
Together, these elements ensure BUiLT RITE is not a passive training experience, but a high-engagement, outcomes-driven model that converts learning into visible leadership narratives capable of influencing employers, institutions, and workplace norms at scale.

Women are more likely to be negatively impacted by AI-driven workplace changes because they are concentrated in the clerical and service jobs AI automates first, are underrepresented in AI-resilient and AI-making roles, and face technology and algorithmic biases that can compound existing gender gaps. Read the research. Women face added bias in using AI tools.

A growing body of evidence points to early-career workers from 18 - 24 as the most exposed to AI displacement, as they disproportionately occupy entry-level, routine-task roles most vulnerable to automation. Furthermore, younger workers have a greater reliance on AI-tools, leading to their lower use of human intelligence. Read the research. Young works are most vulnerable.

In every workforce disruption, middle management and mid-career professionals are not exempt from layoffs and terminations. Executives often do fine, but the bottom and mid-career tiers are squeezed out. Watch: Former U.S. congressman Ben Sasse explains that the disruption of work is one of the most serious issues facing professionals today.

AI will eliminate many positions filled with people without 4 year degrees. These roles include customer service representatives, telemarketers and call center agents, data entry and clerical/administrative workers, cashiers, bank tellers, ticket agents and travel clerks, telephone operators, proofreaders and copy markers, hosts and hostesses / concierges, and routine manufacturing roles.

People of color are more likely to be hurt by AI-driven workplace changes because they are concentrated in the jobs most easily automated, face greater barriers to moving into new roles, and are more exposed to biased AI decision-making systems. Black and Hispanic workers are overrepresented in many of the occupations with the highest automation risk.

While most are learning "AI prompting skills," those who enhance their human skills will break ahead and surpass old narratives that have held too many people back.
BUiLT RITE teaches its Participants to rely on and enhance their Human Intelligence to rise to the front. Most people are uniquely gifted with unparalleled faith, discernment, empathy, and emotional intelligence. Learn how to use your gifts.
